At Tendresse Coffee, customer satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
Return Conditions
• Due to the nature of these products, returns of coffee or other food items are not accepted unless:
• The product arrived damaged.
• An error has occurred (incorrect product).
• A quality defect has been found.Return Procedure
1. Contact our customer service:
Email us at Tendresse coffee within 5 days of receiving your order, including:
• The order number.
• The reason for the return.
• Photos in case of damage or error.
2. Validation and Sending of the Product:
Once the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item to us.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
3. Refunds:
• After receiving the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
