
RETURN PROCESS
At Tendresse Coffee, we strive to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. If you need to make a return, follow the steps below:
1. Check your product's eligibility for return
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• The product is damaged, defective or in poor condition at the time of delivery.
• An incorrect product was sent.
• The order is incomplete.
Please note that due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been opened or consumed.
2. Contact our customer service
To initiate the return process:
1. Send an email to [your email address] with the subject: “Return Request - Order [order number]”.
2. Include the following information:
• Full name.
• Order number.
• Reason for return.
• Clear photos of the product (in case of damaged, defective or incorrect product).
3. Evaluation of your request
Our team will review your application and respond to you within 3 business days. If your application is approved, we will provide you with the next steps.
4. Resolution options
Once the return is approved, you will have the choice between:
• Free product replacement.
• A refund of the amount corresponding to the product concerned, processed via the same payment method used for the purchase.
5. Return of the product (if necessary)
If a physical return of the product is required:
• Pack it carefully in its original packaging.
• Use the return label we will provide you or follow the specific instructions received in our email.
• Return costs will be covered if the error is ours.
6. Deadline for making a return request
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. After this time, we will no longer be able to process your request.
